- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a server engineer or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems, especially Red Hat, Oracle Linux, or other variants.
- Knowledge of Solaris and Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- English proficiency.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.
- Server Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor server performance within a 24/7 environment to ensure systems are operating smoothly.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve server-related issues within specified timeframes in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve server issues, including those related to the operating system and server applications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare routine reports on server performance and status using Office applications (Excel, Word).
