Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Solid understanding of basic networking concepts including OSI Layer theory.
Proficient in IP addressing, subnetting, and the fundamentals of switching and routing.
Good command of English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
For candidates with more than 1 year of experience, background in Technical Support or Network Monitoring & Reporting is highly desirable.
Possession of certifications such as CCNA, MTCNA, or HCIA Network will be considered a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes.
English proficiency.
Willingness to work in a shift system (if needed).

Job Description

Design and implement network solutions based on project requirements.
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
Perform regular troubleshooting and problem resolution of network-related issues.
Ensure network security implementations meet industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product principals or vendors for implementation and maintenance support.
Create and maintain technical documentation and periodic network activity reports.
